MARKETbuilder is based on a pay as you go principle. The fees are dependant on the level of services required. Initially a one year contract is drawn up, detailing a fixed monthly fee plus agreed direct costs. This allows the SME to accurately calculate the first year’s financial liability. This contract will be renewable on a year to year basis allowing for adaptation as the services required changes as the JV grows. Once the SME determines that the business is established and self sufficient, no longer requiring the MARKETbuilder service, multiple exit options are available such as a Trade sale, Management buy out or IPO.
