Display applications are often very specific and finding a standard part is not always possible. Sometimes a standard part maybe available, however it may be of an old design not offering the most cost effective solution or having poor longevity of supply.
GPEG understand these factors and hence offer a full of semi custom design service. All technologies from TN to CSTN and even TFT can be custom designed to suit the exact requirement for any given application.
The most basic customisations may only require a cable or connector to be added to a standard part. Others customisations may be by integrating others electronics onto the LCD PCB. Total customisation is also possible where the glass, backlight and even silicon is all designed by GPEG in conjunction with the customer to meet the exact requirements of the project.
