High resolution and brightness TFT Displays Enhance GPEG's Products.

GPEG has introduced two new TFT LCD modules with great features that will enhance the readability of hand held products and Digital Signage Systems. The FDT035VX3 3.5 inch Amorphous Silicon TFT display features a high resolution of 640x480 dots capable of displaying 262k colours, white LED backlight with 300 nit brightness and a resistive touch screen option. The display has a fully integrated controller board with the following inputs, VGA, S-Video and composite PAL. There are speaker output connections and an OSD board to select brightness, contrast, colour and inputs.

The FDT070WX8 features a high brightness of 1000 nit from its single CCFL backlight. The display has a resolution of 800x480 dots capable of displaying 262 colours and has the option of an integrated touch screen. The integrated controller board ensures simple connectivity via the VGA, S-Video and composite (PAL) inputs.

These two new TFT's will find many applications requiring a highly visible low power easy to integrate touch screen display.
