DESCRIPTION:

Designed for a major industrial sensor company, our mechanical engineering team worked closely with the  customer to overcome the limitations of an LED solution in this tiny application. After reviewing and eliminating many single technology options we settled on a mixed implementation of wire-bonding, SMT and PTH assembly in order to meet the  desired density of displayed parameters.

This combination can be implemented to meet any tight mechanical constraints whilst maximising the quantity of displayed data for text, numbers, graphics etc to suit almost any available volume,
